I had never imagined this shoot to look like this when we planned this snowy styled wedding but it couldn’t have been more perfect! When I planned it for the beginning of October, I pictured orange leaves and chilly weather. Lucky for me, Manitoba always has other plans and it was really cold but ridiculously beautiful! We got Jae ready at my friend Cass’s house because she was doing hair. I remembered that she had sheep and knew that we HAD to do photos with them! It started to snow as we started on hair and makeup and by the time it was all done, it looked like a snow globe outside!
After the winter wonderland Disney magic photos at Cass’s, we drove to Starlit Point. They are a brand new venue opening up 2019 south of Winnipeg. I am completely blown away by the lovely people behind it and all the work they’ve put in! The house on the property is the cutest bridal suite ever and perfect for getting ready photos. We drove around the property and Jaelyn and Shane were troopers about the cold and did so well! The biggest thanks to everyone involved in making this shoot so magical!
