MEET VANESSA

Madi & Ryley

This day was perfect in every way. Madi is a dear friend to me, and capturing this day for her was unforgettable! It was such a lovely Winnipeg boho backyard wedding, matching her personality to a T. Gorgeous, effortless and just plain fun! When Madi talked about how she envisioned her wedding day, she spoke of how she wanted it to be a happy, fun and laid back celebration with her favourite people. It was that and so much more!

If you looked back at their guests during the ceremony, you would have seen so many happy-teared faces. Their vows were so inspiring. Those are the vows you look back at in 10 years that remind you exactly how you felt on your wedding day and what really matters! And if you looked at their guests at the reception, you would find nearly every one of them partying it up on the dance floor!

We went back to Sandilands where we did their engagement photos last fall to do all of their portraits. It was such a beautiful sunny day, the weather could not have been better! The evening ended with a reception in their gorgeous white tent and a killer dance party! I think somehow nearly every guest managed to squeeze onto that dance floor!

Congrats Madi and Ryley, I love you guys so much and I am SO thrilled that you two get to start your lives together! You are both so good-hearted and I can’t wait to see what your future holds!
