Banff Wedding Photographer – Jena & David
Even though I was raised in the prairies, a part of me always feels so at home in the mountains. I think it’s the wide-open glacier air and how small, yet content you feel standing among something so large.
To celebrate 9 months of marriage, Jena & David got all dressed up in their wedding dress and suit once more and we headed for the mountains! This was part of a mentor session with Megan Steen Photography, which was such an amazing experience! The wind played with Jena’s dress all evening in the most romantic way. It was absolutely perfect for their adventure session!
Kananaskis was such an amazing location because it is far away from the crazy hustle and bustle of Banff and its tourists. We had the whole lake and mountainside to ourselves the entire evening! Keeping our eyes open for wildlife, we explored around the area down little paths in the trees and luckily had no bear encounter! There are so many stunning locations in Alberta to explore that are private and where you can feel at peace in nature. All it takes is a little exploration!
