Jacie & Jason
Jacie & Jason’s wedding day was was such a beautiful Christ-centred Steinbach church wedding day, celebrated with their friends and family. One of my favourite things about what I do is photographing such amazing love and marriage focused wedding days. I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect day for these two! Many of Jacie’s friends whom she met at Bible school in Costa Rica made the journey out for the wedding from all over North America! Once Jacie’s hair and makeup was done, no one could stop talking about how stunning she looked! The girls decided to do a reveal once Jacie was dressed and it could not have been a sweeter moment! As soon as Jacie came through the door, the sound of their laughter and squeels had completely filled the room!
They met in the woods in Sandilands for a quiet first look. I never grow tired of hearing the first few conversations once a groom sees his bride for the first time. Though there are many gorgeous photos of their day, one of my favourite moments was one of the very last of the night! Right before they left at the end of the reception, they asked everyone who wanted to, to come and pray for them. It was such a powerful moment and one I know they will never forget! Looking at the photo and remembering that moment gives me all the good chills!
Jacie & Jason, you two are so good for each other and I am so excited for you both as you start your future together! Enjoy every exciting moment and all the every-day moments to come! I know there are so many good things in store for you two and your life together! CONGRATS, I love you guys!!!
