Adventuring out in the forest with these two is a seriously fun way to spend your summer afternoon! Shauna and Alain were kind enough to model for a mentor session I was teaching and they were completely perfect! It was so fun to get to know each other throughout the shoot and bond over crazy bug attacks. Sandilands is one of my favourite places outside of Winnipeg to shoot at in southern Manitoba. Since I’ve been there many times this year, we did some exploring! And by exploring I mean we went the wrong way and ended up in the prettiest little bed of flowers! One of my favourite things to do during a shoot is to find new paths. There are so many different hidden gems around Manitoba for my couple’s engagement sessions! I love the sense of adventure and the funny stories that often come from it! Each shoot is always so unique just like all of my couples and that is one of my favourite parts!
